Meal one: 5 am 3 eggs and a pretty damn big protein pancake.
730: protein shake
Lunch 12ish: tallepia and pasta
Post: protein shake and pasta
Dinner:steak or fish
Either or would be swapped with chicken and brown rice.
I always have 3 protein shakes a day.
And 1 protein bar whenever I'm hungry.
Not the cleanest but I'm just trying to gain as much weight as possible before leaving to Dubai on the 1st of June. Pretty dirty.
Bottom line is what else can I add? Web I get back it's going to be cutting time witch I'm going to do intermediate fasting.
