need help bulking im already a biger guy i want to bulk up and then cut down any advise on wats da way best way to bulk quick

caloric intake that wont change body weight/mass
eat about a 1000 more calories per day than you have been, pushing it too far will just make your body dump it all, ie. youll just poop and pee more and not gain any weight
