Lean Bulking Question

So I'm starting my next cycle this Jan and I wanted some help with my diet. I plan on doing a very clean lean bulk.

My gear: Week 1-4 60 mg tbol a day (Oral)
Week 1-12 Test E 500mg a week
Week 10-14 Winstrol 50mg a day (Oral)

Diet: 3500 calories 40% Protein 40% Carbs 20% Fats. So roughly 100 carbs/protein and 40g fat per meal (3 meals a day).

My maintenance is about 2600 calories (currently weigh 176) and I have a very fast metabolism so I'm thinking I should raise the calories. My goal with this cycle is to shred up for spring break while putting on a few lbs of muscle (5-10lbs). Oh and I plan on doing a ton of cardio while on cycle too (1 hour jump roping 3x a week). Opinions? Thanks for reading.
