    I like this up your mass a lot of people suggest home made shakes but the profile and ingredients of up your mass is solid they use actual grains/oats and no malto carbs and sugar is super low...

    I hate weight gainers that use dextrose or other cheap carbs! I'm happy with my home made shakes just mix up egg white, cottage cheese, whey and oatmeal. When I'm bulking I use the 4% fat cottage cheese and it makes the shake so thick and yummy!!!

    This is so funny, the meijer near my work doesn't even take it out of the carton anymore they just throw the stack on the shelf with the box. So fing true here bro.
