I am on my first cycle of test c for 12 weeks.
5'10 1/2" 205lbs 14% bf
Gained 25lbs so far, 15lbs were pretty quick with water weight. Body fat barely increased.
3,800-4,200 cal per day depending on work outs and increasing as weight goes up
6 meals/day w/ at least 1g of water
450-475g of mostly complex carbs and fruits
60-75g fat (20-25% saturated)
Post workout-40g whey, 75g waxy maize
Does any have any critique on this? My main question would be is how should I adjust my diet when I get off, when I pct, and when I get off pct?
Open to any advice.
