  1. Bulking..critique please

    I am on my first cycle of test c for 12 weeks.

    5'10 1/2" 205lbs 14% bf

    Gained 25lbs so far, 15lbs were pretty quick with water weight. Body fat barely increased.

    Diet currently

    3,800-4,200 cal per day depending on work outs and increasing as weight goes up

    6 meals/day w/ at least 1g of water

    450-475g of mostly complex carbs and fruits

    275-315g protein

    60-75g fat (20-25% saturated)

    Post workout-40g whey, 75g waxy maize

    Does any have any critique on this? My main question would be is how should I adjust my diet when I get off, when I pct, and when I get off pct?

    Open to any advice.


  2. idk anything at all about test c or cycles but i think that your carbs are a little high and your pro / fat is a little low??
    maybe try 350 g pro 100g fat? and whatever the rest of your cals are in carbs?? I'd think you'd need more fat than 75 g is the main issue here, but then again i could be wrong..

    If I do...

    350g protein-1,400 cal

    100g fat-900 cal

    I would still need 450g of carbs to hit 4,000 cal....

  4. ok well that seems a little better just make sure you're eating whole foods you know man those are what pack on the lbs

  5. Your carb levels can be as high as your metab allows I do like fat around 100g as well. But if you stop gaining keep adding carbs... Keep cals just as high when you come off... just watch body composition if fat seems to come up back the carbs a tad. food will be the key to your success

  6. From what I have read on here almost everyone agrees that you need to eat almost as much during PCT as you did on cycle just minor adjustments to keep fat off to maintain gains. But I could be wrong.

  7. Thanks guys...does anyone have recommendations on training volume/intensity during pct compared to on cycle. Should I lower it slightly? Should I throw in cardio to help with possible fat storage?

    Also, how long after pct should I begin to cut down....I don't want to drop my calories too soon so I can try to avoid too much muscle loss. I'm guessing slow and steady??

  8. You should really ask these in the anabolic section those guys can give you the answers you need or can tell you where to look.
