At first, I thought the 30 grams of protein value was somewhat low (disappointing to me)... i.e. only counting for 120 calories. 880+ calories left to account for fat and carbs, which makes it sound more like a giant tamale than a burrito! However, for the purpose of obtaining 5k calories, I bet it's actually helpful. It may not be that satiating, relatively speaking, so I think you may still feel quite inclined to consume more during the day.
For the sake of comparison - I imagined my own homemade burrito:
Ingredient - P/C/F in grams - cals
1/2 pound of 80% ground beef, 40 / 0 / 26, 394
1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese, 28 / 8 / 24, 360
12" whole wheat tortilla, 7 / 52 / 2, 254
Totals 75g protein, 60g carbs, 52g fat, approx 1008 calories. By comparison, even though I know I'd enjoy it, it'd feel like I ate lead shortly afterward, and, with the protein and saturated fats, I'd likely not feel like eating much for quite some time afterward. I SO have to do this, soon.
