    Mon- Chest,back,shoulders ( 5 sets for each, 6-8 reps)
    wed-legs ( what rep ad set ranges work best for you?)

    Im 5'7 140, looking to add mass. My diet is in check and I just want to make sure that my training allows me to grow. What do you guys think?

    Full body 3 times week

  5. 1st off I wouldnt count reps I go to failure. If I had to guess that would be a weight I can handle for 10-15 reps. You wanna add size you need to recover fully and I'm talking 7 day cycle. The body parts worked need not follow the days just the order in which you work them. Eat to grow.
    mon = shoulders
    tues = arms/abs
    wed = legs
    thur = back
    fri = chest/abs
    sat & sun = rest
