Mon- Chest,back,shoulders ( 5 sets for each, 6-8 reps)
wed-legs ( what rep ad set ranges work best for you?)
fri-chest,back,shoulders,arms
sun-legs

Im 5'7 140, looking to add mass. My diet is in check and I just want to make sure that my training allows me to grow. What do you guys think?
