Equivalent body weight for different heights

How does weight equivalences work for height with appearance? For example if someone weighed 200 at 5 ft 8 how much would I have to gain to appear to be the same size? I am 200 lbs at 6 ft 2. This is something I have always wondered obviously there is no one answer but an estimate would do. We can probably assume that the bone structure is the same let's say medium frame size only height differs.

You could use simple math for a ratio:

200lbs/68"=2.94 lbs/in (3lbs/in)

72"x3lbs=216lbs

69"x3lbs=209lbs

Obviously BF and Bone Density are a huge contributor.

With that in mind I think Lean Body Mass/Height in Inches might be a better calculation.
