Im running a bulking cycle right now and wanted to get some input on how much carbs/protien,fat, calories i should be comsuming perday
I am 5'8 and weigh in about 183 lbs with a 11% bf, my goal is to get big but not to overload on fat, i am more than willing to gain SOME fat but not alot to were evrybody knows me as the strong fat guy haha
any help will be much appreciated
It's not hard to eat healthy, but it can be expensive! I would try and run a 50/40/10 split for that cycle. Deca usually provides some good joint lubrication so you can skim a bit off the fat consumption if you are worried about joint pain.
