Right guys i have sorted out my diet with a irish friend that helped me

So here it is let me know what you guys think....

7am 100g of oats with 30g of whey

10am weetabix with 4 eggs 2 brown slices of toast with 50g of peanut butter

1pm 120g of oats with 20g of whey

230pm gym till 330pm maybye 4pm
30g of whey

7pm 220g of chicken with veg

10pm 50g of penut butter and 30g of whey


Im 180bls i want lean muscles gains
I do 10mins cardio before ever workout im 21
