Bulk diet help like everyone else and there mother

Bulk Diet
7:30 a.m. – Whey shake mixed with oats
9:00 a.m. – 6 eggs, whole wheat bagel, banana, along with vitamins, fish oil, etc.
11:00 a.m. – 1 chicken breast, with low fat low sodium condensed soup as gravy (mushroom/chicken) , cup of green beans, cup of beans/rice
1:00 p.m. – 2 cans of tuna or two tilapia filets, with 5g of BCAAs, peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread
3:00 p.m. – Preworkout- baked potato, 5 g BCAAs, whey shake
6:00 p.m. – Post workout :whey shake with honey and oats
7:00 p.m - 1 chicken breast, with low fat low sodium condensed soup as gravy (mushroom/chicken) , cup of green beans, cup of beans/rice
9:00 p.m. – Gainer shake

Im 6’1 about 217 lbs… lift Monday – Friday two body parts a day
Bench: 355x1
Deadlift: 405x1
Squat: 405x3
Looking for a stable diet to follow weekly, been lifting for quite some time now and am still learning. My diet is usually around this, sometimes some meals are switched around and what not but for the most part the same. Please help me critique this and make it perfect for a lean clean bulk. ON A BUDGET so new ideas are greatly appreciated! between college and work i need quick meals i can box up in glad wear and eat on the go

there is your problem, you don't have nearly enough healthy fats in your diet.
