  1. Started monitoring my calories more - What do you think?


    Hey guys, I have been on a bulking diet for about the past 7 weeks or so...Today I downloaded an app to keep track of it better. LMK what you guys think of my intake....

    Anything you see I can change would be appreciated.

    Stats
    5'6"
    167LBS
    12.4% BF

    CALS - 3628
    FAT - 126G
    CARBS - 359G
    PRO - 298G


  2. Seem excessive to me. You'll definitely add fat with that many calories.

    Been doing this for almost 2 months now, I am actually leaner then I was then.
