I am 35 years old. I eat quite a bit with the main focus being protein. At least 300g per day. I average about 3000 calories a day with just normal eating. I am in the military and went through a survival course that unfortunately starves you so I lost about 15 lbs. I am Currently 134 lbs. I need to gain back at least the 15 I lost and would much prefer 20.

I am really strong for my size. And workout often.
80 dumb bells and rep out a set of 10.
185 squat for a set of 15. I am not comfortable squatting a weight I can only do a 5 times or less. So I will stick with weight that I can do sets of 10.

I have two bottles of Primaforce Havoc and two bottles of Natadrol and one bottle Formadrol waiting to be used as well.

I have tried to include as much information as possible with the information that I commonly see you guys ask when people are looking for advice.

Really what I need is a critique of this plan and any suggestions or modifications to this plan that would help me put on as much muscle as possible.

Holy supplements buddy. I think you're taking them all....

Srsly tho, I've never tried halovar, so not sure about it. Seems to me you're taking 3 different liver products. Just take Cycle Assist as directed. I like fish oil better than flaxseed, but that's neither here nor there. Why do you have 2 pre-workouts? IF anything, take neither until PCT, unless energy is a real problem. Seems you should take either, recycle or the other two for your OTC pct. It'd be better if you went to a sports doc and got a scrip for Nolva IMO. You're military, so you'll need a scrip to be legit.

For Aplodan, it stinks of cell tech to me. Just take ON Gold whey, and drink assloads of milk and of course eat. Food > than powders.

Can you skip cardio for a while?

My 2 cents, I'm not an expert, just read a lot and have put on a few pounds myself. I went from 148 to 192 with noob gains and cytogainer last year (a ton of fat too sadly). So you can definitely do it.

i agree to many supps, not enough food... do some more research on bulking bro size is all in your diet maybe try more barbell exercises too. i also have found volume training to be most helpful gaining size, dont stop at 10 reps, push twards 15 20 reps. the goal is to fill your muscles with blood and send them the nutrients they need to grow.. freak em out keep them thinking

It's funny you mention it. I changed my workout a couple weeks ago. I created an Excel spreadsheet that calculates your one rep max and you can also put in what percentage you want to lift at. I start at a weight that I can only do 15 reps for two weeks then change to 10 and down to 5. Then re-calculate my 1 rep max and start over. It's been kicking my ass. I like it. I usually only lift a weight that I can do 5-6 reps with.

Eat like hell-I've been through those ARMY schools!!! They could turn Arnold Schwarzenegger into a runt!!!! Steak, eggs, milk, protein powder, and sufficient carbs should do it-Taking too many supplements will ruin your appetite, especially the NO supps-Just Eat!!! A few of those supps that you listed are really good ones though!!

If you lost 15 pounds during that training then there is no reason for you to have to use PH's to gain that back. You can gain it back naturally. I would say you need to do heavy weight low reps, supported by a good diet, and cardio should be good but not the main focus. You can get back to basics and see a positive outcome.

All those supplements = expensive piss

Get back to whole foods.

I finished the school in August of 2009. I have not able to get back to 155 since then. That's with plenty of food and protein and working out very low reps, heavy weight. My genetics just don't allow me to put on weight like other people. My body just naturally cuts instead of bulking.

I took your advice and bought a SERM. I know its better for retaining my gains and restoring my test as quickly as possible. I also added L-Taurine incase the bumps show up.

Diet: I am shooting for 400g of Protein minimum each day which is 2.5 times the weight that I'm shooting for, which is 160. Not sure what the magic number I should shoot for with carbs? Currently get around 300g to 400g a day. I use a calorie calculator and with the way I currently eat get an average of 3,700 a day. This is my typical diet that I have had for the past year. I have never been one to eat junk food, candy or pop(soda) so I really don't have any empty calories, except maybe my powerade that I love to drink.

Is there anything else that I should look to add to this plan?

EAT BIG TO GAIN BIG!!!!!!!! Thats really it in a nut shell man.... 15-20lb gain is going to be pretty tough for your size man.... another thing that I noticed... Your cycle is 6 weeks and your PCT is only 4... make them even just to be safe.. But some whey protein and take it 4 times a day.. thats where I really got help for my protein consumption! Just remember though...

Used a different scale because I completed workout at different gym due to mine being closed. I am back to using pre-workout formula's since I have not a single issue with BP. I like it. I don't feel the Halovar at all so it definitely helps to use the NO-Shotgun.

Ok, cycle is complete. Final weight is...... 151. Started at 134 and finished at 151. I am very pleased with my results. I went from benching 70 pound dumbbells 5 times to 90 pound dumbbells 8 times. I was already a very lean guy with less that 10% body fat. Sound all gains were only muscle.

I had zero side effects and that was with me using 50mg the first week (waist of time, should have started with 75mg) then 100mg for the last 3 weeks. I did have great support supps including 6g of taurine a day. I never took any joint supps since I had no issues with that either. I had such little issues with taking Halovar that I used NO Shotgun for pre-workout energy throughout the whole cycle. Definitely had no issues with BP. I'm probably one of the few that could do that.

I put on 17 pounds of solid, I mean solid muscle. All I have to do is maintain for the next couple months until I finish my deployment this June. Then I will try another cycle. All I need is to get into the low to mid 160 range and I will be perfect.

I have been on my serm for about a week. Haven't lost anything so far. Tamoxifen Citrate (Liquid) is absolutely horrible. I mix it with my weight gainer or gatorade, but it doesn't help all that much. The stuff is just potent.

and if u arent eating to support ur new weight ur gonna lose it all. your 5'9", why do u wanna take a cycle when u can gain it naturally. wait till ur body peaks to take a cycle

yep, just bump the calories, thats all it really takes. The original poster was silly to bother with a steroid cycle, but oh well.

Women your height weigh more than you. Steroids were totally unnecessary for you to regain 10-15 lbs you previously had. Learning how to eat would serve you a lot better in the long run.

Lol I agree, I'm also 5'9 and my NATURAL frame is 140lbs (if I stop training / diet I always go back to that point) so I worked my way up to 161lbs last year with the use of protein/creatine ONLY, not even multivitamins or anything, training and protein (creatine only for a month). Then I stopped training and went back to 144lbs.. this year I started on Feb 5th, 2011 and as of now March 23, 2011 I'm back to 156lbs, I will be starting my PH cycle once I reach 161lbs like last year since I got stuck in that weight for 2-3 months with no gains. Hopefully I'll cross the 170lb line, all I need is 10 lbs :D

It seems that all 5'9 people like me have a MONSTER metabolism... wish it stayed like this when we turn 30 years old haha guess it's just for now.

If you're 5'9 I wouldn't suggest PH's till you're +165lbs naturally but it's your body not my business just my 2 cents :D
Glad your cycle was a success tho! Good thing you added Tamoxifen for your SERM, side effects can be nasty as some people report.

Ya too many supps. Oh and NO shotgun has a fat burner i believe, so that isnt gonna help you pack on any size. so if you are going to cut out anything, make sure its that.

Really? NO Shotgun has a fat burner in it? That sucks, I really liked the stuff.

Ya im pretty sure it says -90 calories or something on the nutrition facts. thats why they put 20g of protein in one serving.
