help with diet

hey guys im 19 year old, 5'9 181 lbs
im currently trying to powerlift and was doing well
current 3 rep maxes are:
bench-245
squat-350
deadlift-445
but ive always had issues with actually bulking. I try to keep it as lean as possible since im usually 12-13% bf right now.
I feel i need more muscle before i cut again.
My normal diet is:
275g protein
335g carbs
95g fats
5 meals perday
Wake-up-5g BCAA
Meal 1
3 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup oats
2.5oz blueberries
2g fish oil, 1g sesamin
42g protein/65g carbs/20g fats
Meal 2
either 1.5 scoop protein powder and 1.5 cups oats or
6oz chicken
1/2 cup black beans
2 cups broccoli
9oz red potatoes
2g fish oil
1g sesamin
45g protein/80g carbs/10g fats
Pre-wo-5g BCAA
post-wo-size on-15g aminos/40g carbs
Meal 3
6oz chicken
1/2 cups black beans
2 cups broccoli
9oz rep potatoes
2g fish oil, 1g sesamin
OR
6oz chicken
2 slices double fiber bread
1 cup cheerios
1/4 cup fiber one
2g fish oil, 1g sesamin
45g protein/70-80g carbs/10g fats
Meal 4
1/2 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
4 tbsp Naturally More PB
1/2 cup fiber one
or
1 Zero Impact Bar
1 Scoop Syntha-g
50g protein/50g carbs/23g fats
Meal 5
8oz 96/4 Lean Fish
1/2 green pepper, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 onion
2 tbsp Naturally more PB
60g Protein, 15g Carbs, 25g fats
Before Bed-5g BCAA
where can i improve???
and should i add calories?
