    I've been bulking now for about a month. Its actually going great and im seeing a lot of good progress. this is my first time seriously bulking. I have always been naturally cut. I do not have a set weight I want to reach however I want my cut back by april or may. My question is what month should I stop bulking in order to have enough time to be cut by then.

    What month? I dont know nore does anyone else. You keep bulking until you dont want to bulk anymore, gained the amount of weight you set out to reach, or reached a goal.

  3. ^^^^^^^ also, i am naturally cut as well. so it only takes me at most 2 weeks to fully cut. so i cut around late april, early may

  6. Bulk until you're gaining less than 1lb a week. Then hold at that weight before cutting again or you'll shed some muscle with the fat.

  7. keep going till you cant see u wang cause your chest is to big or until your arms cant touch your hips

    I would second the notion of holding your weight for a while before cutting. If you add some muscle then immediately start cutting that much of that new muscle will likely go away. I'm not sure if there's any science behind it, but I've observed it in myself and others.

  9. Il try holdin til.last.minute.because the one thing I DO NOT want to do is cut muscle.

  10. I was told to CUT -> BULK -> CUT -> BULK -> CUT-> BULK -> CUT -> BULK and so on by several experienced bodybuilders that have 0 stretch marks and swoll as ****
