alright guyS I'm moving into a dorm next week, this will be my first time living in the dorms, i want to continue to bulk. but I'm having trouble with putting a diet together. here's what i have come up with so far. any help would be great thanks.
wake up:
whole wheat bagel
1 cup egg whites
meal 2:
can of chicken
apple
whole grain rice cakes
meal 3:
cottage cheese
almonds
whole grain crackers
Meal 4(pre workout):
hard boiled eggs
brown rice(pre cooked)( or oat bars)
meal 5(post workout):
universal torrent
50 carbs
20 protein
snack: protein bar
meal 6 bedtime:
1 cup cottage cheese
