i eat no junk/sugar/fast food (except maybe a grilled chicken sand. with lettuce and pickles only) and i pretty much live off these things,
Packaged tuna
low fat turkey chili
plain oats
wheat bread
and dang near any fruit and vegetable
ill have the occasional steak,chicken or fish when going out to eat.
i eat every 2.5 hours (usually up for fourteen hours so thats like 6 meals a day) and its usually 500 cals,
Example meal - pkg tuna, 2 slice bread, 2 eggs and glass milk (490 cals ,44 g protein,30g carbs and 18g fat)
would this be beneficial to my bulking or do i need something more?
