Ive done madcow 5x5 and im currently doing a 12 week bulking program. The problem is my arms are lacking behind the rest of my body. Has anyone had any progress doing anything else? i need some help.

The routine is deloading, going from 1x15 to 6x3 of the basic A and B compound lifts and the starting back over at week six.

Any constructive criticism? or any solutions?

i tried to post photos but i dont have enough posts. I just joined today.

what are your big lift numbers man? up the weight on your rows, chins, dips, and bench and overhead presses and for sure your arms will be beasts.

"You know your a power lifter when you dont remember the last time you did bicep curls"

If your arms are lacking throw in some extra iso moves for them after a lift.
Just adapt the program to fit your needs.
