How many calories do I need...help?

hello. I'm a 140 lb 20 year old student.

currently bulking now til...whenever pretty much. but a short term goal i guess would be 20 pounds within the next 3 months.

anyone recommend an eating range for me? I've seen so many maintenance calculators out there and they all give me some what different ranges...

Fat isn't a problem since I'm pretty slim

3000 too little? <-- (been doing this pretty easily) or is
4000 too much? thanksss

how much exercise are you doing a week and how much do you already eat? alot of people eat more than they need to.

over the past week Ive been doing 3000 calories.
workout 4 (about an hour each day) times a week, rest on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. no cardio.

Raise your calorie intake by 500 every two weeks until you start to gain mass but not gain fat (or not too much fat). Make sure the calories are clean and you will find the calorie intake that YOU need to bulk. Everyone is different so it is impossible to specify an exact number of calories you will need to bulk.
