    I am a broke ass college student trying to do a clean bulk. I had two dream weeks of eating everything perfect for me but the bill went way to high and now im behind on bills and such. I need a cheap clean bulk diet for a 180lb 12%fat guy. My goal clean bulk to 200 at 13-14%fat. then cut. my long term goal is 215@10% I gain fat easily which sucks. So here is my plan so far any help with high protein low fat low carb foods would be great.

    breakfast 1 cup oatmeal with milk and a orange/grapes

    snack-beef jerkey 1ox is 15g protein 3 carbs 1g fat (expensive wht can i use instead)

    lunch- 5oz lunch meat sandwhich on ww bread with tomoto n mayo with protein shake

    snack-natty pbj on WW bread

    dinner- i eat the 3for$9 lean cusines they are about 300 calories low fat high carb moderate protein (what can i add for high protein more caloires)

    POST WO-shake with milk

    before bed- casien shake


  2. dude.....not enough cals first of all, in regards to expenses...... buy in bulk, bulk chicken, bulk rice, prepare it ahead of time this whill make your snacks better. maybe even look into gainer shakes for snaks u can easily make thsoe at home with EVOO milk Oats and different proteins i eat 3x that muchand im only 125 and ims till not gaining weight so u got lots of eatin to do bro lol

  4. ya but see you 125 and dont gain weight....im 180 gain weight easy... my friend is like you eating 5000 calories a day and cant gain i ate for them two weeks 3500 gained 3lbs. but way to expensive... i guess my metabolism is slower than urs..not bashing just have to understand about differtent metabolic rates is all

    we got it better, easier to bulk and easier to cut, just small extra stuff, extra piece of bread.. additonal cup of milk. use mayo instead of mustard if your a Sammie person.

  10. ya but of that 3lbs about half was fat i would guess even though fat grams are in the low 100s if in the 100s most day. i guess i gotta watch carbs... 300 must be to much. like the tuna idea..thanks
