what are you goals? this is the bulking forum, so i can assume you want to grow. however i doubt you can to any degree on 2200 cals. I cut at that level. Double what you posted and you may have a chance.

Wow really? my stats are 175@14%bf. trying to get to 190@12%bf. Should I just double up portions on everything? I am doing three day split n 2 light cardio days

Yeah..thats almost like maintenence. Id def up the cals. Add in another protein shake or two, to up your protein. I had good gains off of 1.5-2 grams protein per pound.

gaining while cutting BF with that diet will take years, if ever. I got from 175 to 186 by eating about 4300/day, with periods of 5K/day. Maybe your metabolism is zero and it will work. Good luck.

ok so i listened to everyone. here was my stats today of eating?

2930 calories. 235g of protein. 77 grams of fat. 340g of carbs.

on my off days tues, thurs i will lower it by 350 calories but only lose 1 g protein. 30g carb. 14 g fat.

How does this sound to you guys now?

What should I take my creatine with?

that diet is good for a cat or a small puppy. not a bodybuilder who wants to bulk. PM me if u want a full days diet and ill help u out

as for creatine, take it either pre or post workout. not in the morning. i like post workout cause ur muscles are very responsive then to anything u consume so i take 5 g of creatine post along with a protein shake then 30 min later i eat pasta and chicken with veggies.

see how your weight goes for a week on that. I'm cutting now and take in 2500cals (and its working). I dont see how 2900 will do that much but who knows. Bit of overkill on the protein too.
I take my creatine in my post-WO shake.

You might want to think twice about the amount of carbs your are eating from day to day. Also don't forget about your mono fats. Try adding a little canola oil into your protein shakes. Also get more protein into your breakfast.

I take my creatine pre and post w/o

u only need 5g a day if that. i take mono post cause ur muscles are very receptive to anything right after you work out. i tried taking green mag pre workout for a month and a half, didnt notice a darn thing. but thats just me

Im not even 200+ and my maintenance is around 4000 to maintain my mass... Over 5000 to bulk slightly.. Dont be afraid to gain fat, who knows, you might be like me and have the inability too..

shoot i need between 4000-5000 to maintain what i have and around 6000-7000 to maintain my muscle when i cut. 8000+ is what i eat on a bulk w/ little to no cardio. when i was 180 i used to bulk with 5000-6000 and your not far off from 180 lbs. HOWEVER, everyones metabolism is different so what works for one may sure as poop not work for another. start with 3000 and gradually increase from their if needed. I personally wouldnt go below 2800. You have to eat big to be big, now way around it.
