check out my bulking diet recently

Hey guys im 5'9 and only a little over 120 lbs looking to put on like 30 pounds as leanly as possible

Here is what i have eaten part of yest and so far today any recommenations and advice is appreciated

meal #2

-Post workout shake and carbs -
1 scoop ON Hydrowhey in 8oz fat free choc milk + 7g of dextrose from NERDS

-Meal #3 (about 1.5 hour later)
-5oz turkey
-2 slices WW bread
-Light Mayo
-1 slice provolone cheese
-1 small WW wrap
-1/2 cup greek yourt w/ 2 tsp flax seeds + some blueberries mixed in

Meal # 4 (little less than 3 hours later)
-Muscle milk light
-smaller muscle milk protein bar
- handful of mixed nuts

Meal #5 (about 2.5 hours later)

-Large salad w/ red/green peppers, almonds, brocolli, carrots, onion,mushrooms w/ light blue cheese dressing
- 6 oz sirloin steak (organic grass fed)
-3 oz sweet potato

snack - grabbed some turkey a pickle and some cheese

Meal # 6 (right before bed)

- 1 cup low fat cc
- Handful mixed nuts


Today-

Breakfast (meal #1)

3 eggs 2yolks
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- diced peppers + onion + mushroom
-heaping 1/2 cup oatmeal made with calorie countdown milk
- toss in some cinnamon and rasins

Meal #2 (about 3 hours later)
- same as meal 3 above

Pre-workout (about 2 hours later)
- 1.5 scoops shock therapy
- 1/2 serving storm

meal 3- Post workout
-1 scoop ON hyrdrowhey in 6oz ff choc milk
- 1/2 cup count chocula cereal

Meal 4 - (about 1.5 hours later)
- 1/2 cup quinoa/brown rice blend
- 5.5 oz salmon
- same salad as above w/ croutons
- 1 crabcake
- 1 ff yogurt

I will probably have 1 cup cc and a heaping TBS natty PB right before bed

i would get a gainer to mix with your hydrowhey.... i suggest mass complex by nutek

wouldnt a gainer post workout be bad because of the fat slowin digestion

post workout i like to take whey protein for fast absorption then at night i take nitrocore 24 for the whey and casein so it can digest slower over night when u actually grow. thats why i have started to take a mulit at night cause u grow at night and u need minerals and vitamins then. thats just my opinion. i know ppl take it with breakfast which is cool, i just prefer different stuff that works better for me, thats all. good luck gaining bro

this gainer is low in fat....3.5g for a full serving but when you mix it you'll get about half that and with the gainer you will get lots of necessary carbs!

cant i just add more carbs with my shake......how many carbs do you think woul be best at this time given that i am only about 125

i would get 50g+carbs with like 50g+protein into your shakes

My post workout shake is 16oz.skim milk, 1 banana, 1/2 cup oats, 1.5 scoops isolate. Try it out.

I like that shake. Since I have been bulking back up I do a very similar shake for breakfast and post workout.

Breakfast:

16 oz water
4 ice cubes
2 scoops WPI
2 tbps NPB
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt

Post workout:

16 oz water
4 ice cubes
2 scoops WPI
1/4 - 1/2 cup oats
1 banana
1/2 cup orange sorbet

I like that shake. Since I have been bulking back up I do a very similar shake for breakfast and post workout.

16 oz water

that post workout sounds delicious....i probly wouldnt start making them though cause id have 'em all day!!

im likin the shake ideas........what do you think about my ddiet though i need to put on weight lol As much lean mass as possible of course

I like it. If your bulking, why not use milk?
I prefer water. I don't do very well with too much dairy. Plus I don't like the extra sugar from the milk. I tend to gain fat fairly easily if I go crazy with milk and extra sugars.

BTW, quick9000 I use quick oats for my shakes.
