    Please Critique my Diet


    Sorry if this is in the wrong forum....

    I am 24 y/o. 210 Pounds at about 10-11% BF. Lifting seriously since about 16. alsys on the heavier side. Been spending the last year slowly cutting fat down. I was about 245 at 16% BF. Now wanting to add lean quality muscle. Not concerned anymore with keeping a six pack, just want to be BIG!!! Also, I am in the Marine Corps so I am limited to certain meals as they are offered in the chow hall (breakfast).

    Also, as for Supplements, I am Taking M-Drol and Cycle Support with Multi's and GHenerate from LG Sciences (Free). Also throwing in some Primatene to keep fat down. Doing the two day split (MWF). No cardio as of yet, will adjust of fat gain becomes an issue. Also, might throw in Creatine WITH my SERM for PCT after M-Drol. I want to throw in some oil in my Morning and Evening workout shakes but not sure what kind. I always thought Canola with Omegas was good but I am reading new info saying to stay away from canola...

    Meal 1 - 0430
    Protein Shake (30g Several Types of Protein/20g Whey)
    Cycle Support
    Oatmeal
    (50/40/5)

    Meal 2 - 0600
    2 Eggs with Veggies and Cheese
    2 Cups of Cottage Cheese
    Cereal
    Fruit
    (50/80/25)

    Meal 3 - 0900
    6oz 93% Lean Beef
    1 Can of Veggies
    Cheese
    Fruit
    (40/40/12)

    Meal 4 - Post Workout 1230
    Protein Shake (Whey)
    Oatmeal
    (60/50/3)

    Meal 5 - 1330
    6oz 93% Lean Beef
    1 Can of Veggies
    Cheese
    Oatmeal with Soy Gritts
    (55/65/12)

    Meal 6 - 1630
    6oz 93% Lean Beef
    1 Can of Veggies
    Cheese
    Fruit
    (40/45/12)

    Meal 7 - 2000
    Protein Shake (50g Several Types of Protein)
    Cycle Support
    (50/5/5)

    Total = (350p/325c/75f)
    Total Cal = 3375

    Well considering that superdrol needs a large surpluss of carbs, your diet is not at all dialed in to utilizing the drastic glycogen storage enhancement superdrol offers. It's not something you want to eat maintenance callories with, it needs calories to work. IMO you need at least 1000-1500 more of mostly complex, and simple carbs or you will feel like a$$ with very low blood sugar.. My 2 cents..

    That looks better bro. What does the cycle your running look like? Like how long, what doses? I would advise to get some DHEA and run it with the SD at 150mg a day to prevent lethargy that can be rather bad with SD. This will add some test to your system when shutdown stops natural production (usually around day 12 or so). Drink plenty of water, as SD acts as a diuretic.

    10/20/20/20 Right now.

    So far ZERO sides except a little more aggression(good!). I am about to bump to 20mg today. Supporting with Cycle Support and a gallon of water per day.
