Hey guys whats up new to the board. Been focusing on getting my diet in check and consistently working out and want to start a pro hormone. Was thinking about taking H-Drol or M- Drol and was wondering what you guys think is better also what should I take for liver support and also PCT. Really appreciate the help guys thanks.

How long have you been training?

How old are you? What are your lifts? What is your body composition?

Do not do steroids. You'll severely damage your endocrine system.

You also need to know how steroids work before you can do them in a safely manner, but at age nineteen your endocrine system has not fully developed.

Besides, there are a lot of things you have to figure out before you start taking them: PCT, liver protector, test booster, cycle duration, PCT duration, etc.

Thats what I was asking to figure out the stuff I need for liver support and PCT and the other supps. And just wondering what do you mean I will mess up my endoctrine system.

dont take a pro-hormone at your age, you should not take anything that elevates your test until your at least 21, bare minimum. you're not done developing yet and could do some serious damage. hold off until your older. for now, just educate yourself so you'll know what your doing later down the line.

would H drol be too strong for my age?

H-drol is a steroid itself, so yes, it is too strong. I totally agree with the others. You are too young to use any type of AAS, PH, etc. You have not even begun to reach your full natural potential at your age, especially with only five months of training under your belt. Ricky is correct. Give yourself until you're at least twenty-one, and that is a minimum. Aside from the damage you can do to your endocrine system, starting AAS before you're ready will cause them to become a crutch. I was twenty-one when I started using AAS, and I wish I had waited until I was about twenty-three. Training naturally as long as you can will ensure that you have learned about the importance of food and how to manipulate your body with diet. This is where so many people make a big fat mistake. Give yourself a few more years and really learn about diet and how and what your body responds to in the gym, and in the kitchen as well.

way too young. your hormones are still stabilizing from puberty, and they will until somewhere between 20 and 23. taking anything hormonal at this stage could lead to permanently lowering your natural test levels.

also, at 5 months into your lifting lifestyle, you've got a long time to gain naturally anyways. post up your diet for us, and let us help you get somewhere naturally, as having the knowledge and confidence to do it "without assistance" will be instrumental not only now, but during PCT from whatever steroid you decide to take in 3 years, when holding on to those gains becomes a huge challenge for anyone :)

Well I appreciate the input guys and right now I take creatine and whey protein would taking something like NaNO9 or something like that help and not really be all that destructive.

nano9 won't hurt you that's for sure.

what does your diet look like? i'll be around for another 15 minutes or so, then off to an interview. if i don't post soon, rest assured i'll help you out within 90 minutes.

thanks suncloud and diet that I have finally found works for me I started a little while ago.

Breakfast
4 eggs
2 pieces of toast
1 glass of orange Juice
1 bowl of oatmeal

Meal Two ( Usually Post Workout)
Protein shake with creatine
bowl of pasta with hamburg
1 cup of cottage cheese

Meal Three
1 Tuna Fish sandwhich
small bag of chips

Meal 4
Peanutbutter and Jelly snadwhich
Handfull of Nuts

Meal 5
1 cup of yogurt with oats

Meal six
2 cups of oatmeal

Meal Seven (Before Bed)
Protein shake

You guys think this will work,

diet looks good, i like the presence of mono fats - usually beginners forget this. i'd tell you a great way to increase your gains is to do the same "preworkout shake" as you would "postworkout", carbs and protein (creatine once is enough).

i assume your calories are in check with your weight, remember to increase your calories by 50-100 per month, as the weight you gain (mass) will chip into your calorie surplus.

i think you're on the right track so far, so just keep at it - this isn't a race, its a marathon.

I appreciate it and Im definitely starting to realize that the hardest part is finding the time to make all the meals, so what I have been doing is pre making as much stuff as I can and you think taking a pre workout shake as well instead of just a post workout shake will help?

that's what i did, and i had the best gains of my life. not even adding in extra meals helped as much as a pre and post workout shake.
