okay how many of you experience after a show your weight always goes up higher than it was before dieting and during off season. is there something scientific to this. reason I ask this is because i had an accident last year lost some weight, ended up gaining most of it back this year but i cant seem to bust 190lbs which i did before i got up to 208, and have been bulking all year, should I shred like i'm getting ready for a show except maybe for 4 weeks to confuse my body? I've been on same diet I was on before only thing i do different now is i dont take GABA anymore, NO Shotgun, just monohydrate now and ZMA

this is the reason why. when you cut, you are shrinking fat cells. you can not kill fat cells, only shrink them. when u start to eat back to normal or more for bulking, u get more weight gain than before cause they fat cells get even larger then before, then when u cut they shrink and the cycle starts back over.
