    HGH up questions


    I was just browsing the AM store and saw HGH up by Applied Nutriceuticals and was wondering if there would be any benefit to me taking it. I'm 19 5' 8" and 185lbs. I'm at the age where I can do just about anything and gain weight, just looking for something with a little more "umph" than creatine

    At your age you do NOT need anything aside from the staples and LOTS OF FOOD to grow!

    i figured that. can't blame me for wanting MORE tho haha. thanks for the reply tho Guejsn. at what age would it be appropriate for me to think about upping the ante though? 25? 26?

    Depends on your training experience. I would say wait until you're at least 21 before trying anything more aside from the staples and get a solid training base of at least 2-3 years behind you.

    makes sense. i've been training seriously since my sophomore/jr year of h/s and i'm a sophomore in college now and i've gone from 135 to about 185 in that time. i guess i'm just anxious to join the ranks of "big SOB's in the gym"
