Clean Bulk Prior to Contest Diet

This log will be of my meals, supps, and rest for my bulk prior to dieting. I will be doing moderate cardio, but heavy training for this. In addidition, I will be doing moderate circuit style training 2-3 times weekly, because I am in the NAVY. This is the first day.

Meal 1: 3 Eggs Over easy, Milk 24oz.
Meal 2: 8oz ground sirloin, 1 sweet potato, 1 tbsp smart balance omega, 1 tbsp ketchup.
Meal 3: 8 oz beef, 1 cup rice. 1/2 cup peas
Meal 4: 50 GM nitro core 10
Meal 5: (Whatever galley is serving. I will eat as clean as possible.)
Meal 6: same as Meal 2
** I am on duty today. I am in the navy serving on a ship. I eat galley meals in between mine.
Supplements: Multi-vitamin, Echinacea, Omega 3, Glutamine, whey, Kre-alkalyn, BCAA's, Purple wraath, ZMA, Universal real gains as needed.

I will be adding 2 packs instant oatmeal to my meal 4. I will not train today, but will train after breakfast tomorrow. I will then go walking later that evening around the neighberhood which is very hilly. Its just better being outside.

I waS UP lastnight at 2am on the ship to stand watch, so I had Nitro core 10 2 scoops, and 1 red apple. Then 2 1/2 hours later My last meal 8 oz sirloin ground, 1 sweet potato.

THIS morning, 3 eggs over easy, 1 slice bacon, 1 banana, and 4 oz juice.
Then trained 1 energy drink 36 gm carbs, and 1 scoop purple wrath, w/ extra glutamine, bcaa, and Kre alkalyn.
Post training 2 scoops whey, 1 naked juice. superfood. around 60 carbs.
Meal 3 8 oz sirloin, 1 cup dry measure brown rice.
This is my day so far.
