cardio?

i just started my bulking 2 weeks ago. is there a need for cardio? will it help vs will it hurt (by burning calories)? ive been eating alllllooot and im gaining weight, just wanna make sure all those calories like burgers arent hurting my heart:burger:
 
it would all depend on how much cardio you are doing and how many calories you are consuming. best post some details on your routine :)
 
I would absolutely do some cardio, not a lot. I usually incorporate 3 30 min sessions per week when bulking, but that us lean bulking as I don't plan on going over 12% bf. Remember, it's bulking not cheating. Granted, cheating is essential while bulking, bur IMHO a bodybuilder should look like a bodybuilder 365 days a year, not just in the on-season!
 
well im 5 10 175 tryin to get to 205. im 11% body fat. im doing the SAIS program on bodybuilding.com, although im adding a few things to it. i just dont wanna burn calories i need, although i dont want my heart to die on me while im bulking lol
 
What is your current diet plan like? A little cardio will help creating a bigger need for more cals and will make it a bit easier to get in more food.
