Anybody ever tried this? I have. I noticed that my muscles get the lactic acid buildup
burning sensation much faster. Sometimes I get off track if I took too many bong hits and I have
to remind myself to keep lifting. I don't smoke hardly at all. It's just when I do smoke I
still go lift
