    cytogainer, need to gain size

    hi guys,

    32, white, skinny guy. 6'2 155 28"chest, 6"arms
finally decided to start trying to gain some size, i am on the road all day and figured if i take the cytogainer with whole milk it should be about 900 calories plus whatever i eat during the day.
looking for whatever advice anyone might have.

do you have time/access to cooking?

a nice amount of LOW GI oatmeal pancakes with a cup of cottage cheese and 1/4 cup almonds would be a great breatfast.

try and stay way from premade gainers loaded with bad sugars.

MHP up your mass is best one by far..

i used to love cytogainer mint chocolate chip.

cytogainer has 75g carbs and only 7 sugars.

not bad for a shake. but yeah real food is better.
For me, the action IS the juice.

MHP "up your mass" is good for a clean bulk.
