PLEASE HELP WITH MY BULK DIET!!

hey everyone, just getting started with my bulk this year! please let me know what you think i should change about my diet!

215 lbs/10.5%bf/5'11

AM:
Cup of egg whites
2 scoops whey
cup of dried oats
banana

2.5hours later:
1 cup lentils
8oz chicken breast
natty PB

Lunch:
1 large sweet potatoe
8-10oz of meat
1 cup broccoli
2 tbsp of EVOO

Pre-Workout
2 scoops whey
dried oats

Post Workout:
2 scoops whey isolate
3 scoops dextrose
10g creatine

1.5h after post w/o:
1 cup brown rice
2 cans tuna
2 tbsp of natty PB

Dinner:
(SAME AS LUNCH)

2.5 H later (usually pre bedtime)
1 cup egg whites
2 tbsp natty PB


PLEASE LET ME KNO WHAT U THINK
 
How come your ppwo meal you're eating fats in with your carbs? Solid lean mass diet. You could always throw in some casien from shake or cottage cheese with your last meal.

Is creatine your only supplement?

no i also use XPAND(stimulant free), Xtend bcaas and ZMA's before bed right now! and im tryin to stay away from cottage cheese and dairy right now until later on into my bulk because ive already upped my carbs by almost 70% and i dont want to gain too much fat, im trying to keep it as lean as possible!
