we are really about the same weight and seems like same body type and style. If you stick to just proteins and take supplements such as fish oil, bcaa's, glutamine, and a few protein shakes you should retain most of your weight but you will weight a few lbs less. Do some cardio but not to much or you will shed the weight off like your getting undressed. lol or that is what happens to me. I found the scale sucks for me and is discouraging and the mirror and pictures every few weeks seem to work better for me. Since muscle and fat seem to weight dif. you can notice more in the mirror then the scale.
