Each of these I would like to know how many grams a day?
Sodium?
Potassium?
Carbs?
Protein?
Sugars?
I'm 6'4'' at about 185. Major bulk going on right now.
How many reps and sets for my exercises should I go?
Can I work each Group 2x weekly? If so on what days? I currently do Chest on mondays and bi's and tri's on friday.. Should I combine them?
Or can I just do like 3 sets of DB curls daily like b4 bed? and like maybe some pushups daily? Just wondering.. All advice is appreciated.

Well it all depends upon your diet. The basic rule of thumb is 40/40/20 ratio of protein/carbs/fats. For the rest you will have to have someone else answer because I don't know.
