    Eating habits while bulking?

My question is ...should i keep my caloric intake the same day in and day out? As of now on workout days im taking in 5500calories/375g protein/500-600g carbs then on my off days (2) i always seem to be lower due to not taking in the pre/intra/post work out cal's & protein. Just wondern if i should keep it the same or one higher than other and what you guys think. Thanks

i would think it would be beneficial as far as gaining as little fat as possible to eat less on non workout days, but if i remember correctly you said you have an outrageous metabolism and dont gain fat easily, in that case i would eat as close to the same on off days as you do on days you train

Dang bro that says alot about this forums community and you when you remember things like that..lol Yeah my metabolism is unf'n real fast. I know they say theres no such thing as hard gainers but with a metab like mine that observation could be wrong. If i drop under 4500 calories per day i will loose weight and fast I know this from experience. My body fat does'nt budge over 12% ever but if i slack on carbs for week it usually will drop 2% in a short amount of time.I dont mind the extra fat or bulky look sence at anytime i can get rid of it with no problems. Im gonna try and keep caloric intake the same for now just to get some extra weight on me sence like always im bulking. Thanks man!

I could never gain to much...lol Ill take all the weight i can get. With my body structure and long torso it takes alot of mass to really look feeled in and with my shoulders over powering everyother body part i need the extra to look symetrical. Thanks man for the input.
