im a little over weight.. not too bad.. i want to turn what i have into muscle.. i'm 6'4'' at about 205.. i guess 15 -25% body fat.. somewhere between there i guess. what diet should i be on? i can post pics if needed.
15 - 25 % is a huge range lol... u should get some one at ur gym to measure it to come up with a more accurate range. every gym has a pair of calipers lying around somewhere just go up to a trainer that looks like they know what they are talking about and ask.
