Hey guys, Its been a while since I post something on here but Im about to start my cycle so i figured I post my diet plan that I got Helped from several guys from the forums. ( Thanks to gillie and Zuraby )
I'll be running Test enth and Epistane for kickstart. I was thinking about running drol or dbol for kickstart but I decided to stay away from bloat much as posible lol. I have done 3 cycles in previous ( Test cyp, Deca, Prop, Tren, Winny). I was about 220lb 14% 3 month ago, but due to travel, work , etc I couldnt eat or lift for about 3 month or so and I lost about 20lbs .
24yrs old , 6'1 195lbs 12%
Test enth 625mg/wk wk 1-12
Epistane 20/30/40/40 wk 1-4
I might add winny wk 9-14 if it neccassary.
If anyone has experience with Epi Let me know!!
I have nolva for gyno just incase if i get that through out the cycle

8:00 8 eggs white, Oatmeal, 1 scoop of whey ( Cal: 465 / pro: 60g / Carb: 45g/ Fat: 4g)
10:30 1 whey/ 1 Casein ( Cal: 290 / Pro: 50g / Carb: 12g / Fat: 3g)
12:30 10oz Chicken Breast / Salad ( Cal: 275 / Pro: 55g / Carb: 0 / Fat: 3g)
3:00 8 oz Fish ( Cal: 300 / Pro: 50g / Carb: 1g / Fat: 10g)
5:30 1 whey / 1 casein ( pro: 50g Carb: 10g)
6:00 Hitting Session
7:30 8oz turkey Breast / Rice ( Cal: 410 / Pro:50g / Carb: 50g/ Fat 1g)
9:45 2 Whey / Dextrose ( Cal: 580 pro: 50g Carb 90g Fat 3g)
11:15 8oz Lean Ground Beef or Steak ( Cal: 330g pro: 45/ Carb: 0g / Fat: 15g)
should I switch Steak with Turkey breast at 7:30pm? So i can have longer break down Protein b4 bed which will be my Post Work Out Meal..
