    Lots of Muscle Mass and Health


    Dont know if this is the right forum but..

    How can carrying more weight than your frame would normally allow be healthy for your heart be it Muscle or Fat?

    What would be allowed naturally. I guess my question is too bodybuilders suffer from a higher rate of heart disease, heart attack etc than normal weighted individuals?

    The set point is different for every person and it is impossible to say whether or not it negatively affects health.

    I'm assuming when you say BBer that you're referring to the pros.
