I currently use the stack of universal Shock Therapy and storm, and i am wondering if this is enough creatine for my body for really gaining weight and muscle. i currently weigh 150 pounds and i am wondering whether i should consume more creatine though out the day? | |||

I prefer the 5 grams of training days. i used to load 25 grams and get puffy, main thing make sure your taking in 1-2 gallons of water with the creatine | |||

Best choice would be a higher quality creatine source, such as Kre-akalyn or Gluconate. | |||

![]() | 10g Creatine Monohydrate with breakfast every morning. No need to load. Don't worry about taking it pre, intra, post, etc. Just so long as you're taking it the same time everyday it's fine. That's my two cents. | |||
