Is this enough creatine?


I currently use the stack of universal Shock Therapy and storm, and i am wondering if this is enough creatine for my body for really gaining weight and muscle. i currently weigh 150 pounds and i am wondering whether i should consume more creatine though out the day?

that is 5g total i believe
you should be taking ~20-25 g for the first 5 days
after that drop it down to 5g a day
take 5g as soon as you wake up on off days, on workout days you should dose the storm asap after workout
you will undoubtedly get creatine in your diet without trying, but you shouldnt have to worry about that

they have found that the loading phase is completely unnecessary. what hes already taking in is adequate.

x3. Save your money and don't load creatine. 5g a day is plenty. No difference has been scientifically sited from higher doses.

you can do either way. I prefer the 5 grams of training days. i used to load 25 grams and get puffy, main thing make sure your taking in 1-2 gallons of water with the creatine

i like loading, always do it in mono but never in the 70g of sugar normally half that somewhere between 25-35g sugar... unless its in waxy post workout
for loading i do/did/will do
25g if 190lb+
30g if 220+
20g for anyone less
but thats just me
(cant wait til the day im 220 and can use the 30g)

I prsonally never loaded, and still got great and quick results, making sure i cycled off of it after 1-2 months. Now i generally dont use much creatine.

There's no need to load or cycle it. 5g/day and you're good to go.

The loading of creatine was primarily for creatine monohydrate, where loading it with such high quanities allowed at least some quantity to be absorbed before being converted into creatinine. Best choice would be a higher quality creatine source, such as Kre-akalyn or Gluconate.

for me its easier to take my fruit punch or orange flavored creatine by itself than mixing it in a protein shake
also
it is easier for me to bring one thing to the gym to drink on the way home than it is to bring a few different powders

10g Creatine Monohydrate with breakfast every morning. No need to load. Don't worry about taking it pre, intra, post, etc. Just so long as you're taking it the same time everyday it's fine. That's my two cents.
