Hi all,

I'm new here and I'm pretty much a noob at this.
I need some help with setting up a food schedule.

Some info:
Length: 6' 4
Weight: 198 lbs
Age: 18
Body fat: approx. 22-24%

Below are the times I can eat and what I usually eat.

07:00 (4 sandwiches with peanut butter)
10:00 (2 sandwiches with peanut butter)
12:00 (4 sandwiches with cheese)
02:00 (2 sandwiches with pork meat)
05:30 (what ever my mom makes for diner)
08:00
09:30

I know this is definetly not enough to grow. But I don't know how much I do have to eat.

I would really appreciate any help! I do want to say that I really don't like to eat chicken and eggs.

One more thing that is important, I am going to use a protein shake & creatine.

Thnx in advance

p.s. sorry for my english i'm from holland ^^

Your diet really needs a good overhaul.Sandwiches -why?

you could try oatmeal for breakfast made with milk and added protein powder and fruit

mid morning you could try a small salad with ham slices

noon . pasta vegetables and turkey/fish/beef

i could go on but i suggest you google something like " meals for mass" or you could buy MENS HEALTH which always have details of meals in it.

On the info youve provide your not getting enough carbs/protein /fiber and a range of fruit and vegetables .Bodybuilding or not you need a better diet.

If your looking for size sandwiches aren't going to cut it. Chicken, Tuna, Penut Butter, and all that good stuff will get you thick if you eat them in quantities.

At our age (I'm 18 too) Our metabolism's are going crazy so we need to constantly pound them with calories/protein.
