i had a red bull the other day on the way to the gym for a pick me up after a 14 hour day , but 20 min into the work out i got real dizzy . wondering is there a good pick me up while on p-plex ?
should not matter. i take caffeine year round. on or off cycles. when you got dizzy, what exercise were you doing? squats? deads?
dumd bell bench ,but i live off of rockstar mainly because i deliver it but but never got dizzy so i thought it was the caffeine . jusst wondering its my first cycle
in the past when i got dizzy, it was because of my oxygen intake, watch your breathing, it might help
