Hey everyone we got a new guy here! So when i'm curling either dumbells or barbell, my left bicep takes the brunt of the beating but on my right arm it feels like its my brachio thats doing the work. the only way to really make my right bicep feel worked is to turn my wrist 90 degrees inwards from the standard dumbell curl position. what the hell? Basically it looks like the opposite grip of a hammer. should i just keep doing the curls that way?
