new to bulking. Advice please

So my buddy has convinced me to tryout for his semi-pro football team. Ive been lifting since I was 15. Ive never actually consintrated on bulking. Ive always been big. I would like to loose fat while gaining muscle. I know this is completely possible with AAS. Which I have done in the past. My main question is in reguards to cal intake. What would be a good amount to go over maintainance. Also should I base the increase on maintainance for my current weight or my lean body mass. Thanks in advance
 
I would say based on your lean body mass. At one point, i weighed 245, I kept my protien skyrocketed, carbs moderate, fats low. minimal, but intense cardio, heavy lifting. this worked for me, for strenghth increase and overall body comp. Hope this helps.
 
high amounts of protein and moderate amount of carbs, intense training make your muscles scream for no more weight training lol about 3-4 days of low intensity cardio for like 20min minimal periods after training should help get you goin
