can someone direct me to where I can learn more about protein/calorie intake? I've recently gave up smoking and decided to hit the gym more. I'm currently taking ragnarok PWO and Torrent post. My goal is to gain mass. I currently weigh 155 and trying to hit 175. Any help would be appreciated.

congrats on quitting smoking - this is the best thing you could do for yourself on so many levels.

to keep you from relapsing, i would ask you to google search "protein synthesis and nicotine" and "blood nitrogen levels and smoking". prepare for protein being absorbed better, more intense pumps, and putting on 10 pounds this month :)

This is absolutely correct. I have been quit now for about two weeks, and above mentioned benifets apply.
