the 'My Bulking Diet' thread

thought we could make a thread where ppl post up their bulking diet, so ppl can use each other's ideas.

I'll start

meal 1. 30g of Cheerios, 8 egg whites.
meal 2. 180g Tuna, green apple and almonds
meal 3. Steamed chicken breast and 1 cup cooked Rice
Pr.WO . Steamed chicken breast and 1 cup cooked Rice
Po.WO . 4 pieces of Toast and 1 Scoop Whey protein and Milk
meal 6. 100g cottage cheese

lol.. they're actually pretty good though, looking thru them, they're one of the few cereals which taste good and have a good mix of carbs (as oppose to ones that just have sugar)

1. 1cup oats dry, .5c broc, .5c green peas, 1c milk, 4 boiled eggs
2. 1banana, 3tbs PB, 1can tuna
3. 1c milk
4. 1chickn breast, small sweet potato, 3tbs PB
5. 1c milk
6. .25lbs 91% ground beef, .5c broc, .5c green peas, small sweet potato
7. prework .5c oats, 1c nofat cottage cheese, 1scoop whey, 1 apple (blended)
8. post shake 450 cal. 50g p, 60g fat, ?? fat( i know its low just dont know exact #)
9. 1 chickn breast, small sweet potato, ?tbs PB

btw im 140lbs up from 125lbs

opps meant to say 60g and ? on the fat. i think it may be 2g or less

basically, it's a negligible amount from what you're saying so for future reference, don't even mention the fat content lol. we'll avoid a lot of confusion this way!
