Meal 1:5-6 Whole Eggs, 3 packets weight control oatmeal, 1-1.5 cups skim milk
Meal 2/Pre workout: 10-12oz 10% ground beef- 1 cup cup uncooked brown rice-about 70g carb.
Meal 3/PWO=80g Wazimaize, 15 honey, 5g creatine mono, 50g Whey Protien 5g Glutimine

Meal 4= 10-12 oz Chicken breast, 1 Cup uncooked Brown rice

Meal 5= 6 Whole Eggs and 2-3 cups of skim milk

lots of water and i take xtend and mono during my workout.

it wouldn't hurt to throw in some fruits and veggies. :scratchchin:
i'm assuming your goal is to bulk up considering the section you're posting in..?

looks good to me. the diet i will be starting in august most of my breakfast options consist of 6 eggs.

I'd throw in some fibrous veggies in meals 2, 4 and 5. You could also substitute something like a yam or potato for the rice.

Whichever you prefer, although variety is always nice, and both have a different array of nutrients.
