Need more info... workout plan, cardio schedule. If you post a few current pictures, I'm sure everyone on this site could give you more specific advice for yourself versus the generic standard info your going to get because no one knows what you currently look like.
At your height and size (without knowing how much bf your carrying) I'd say to have a nice steady bulk and assuming your training 3-4 days per week, I'd say..... roughly to be on the safe side of things...

Some people may say that's "low" for a bulk, but again it's being conservative until we see some pics.
Do some reading as far as what foods and what time of day are best to consume them. You can't go wrong if you stick with low GI carbs most of the day, a whey, and high GI shake PWO and lean protein sources all day long such as eggs, egg whites, chicken breast, white fishes, beef, turkey etc.
