Im a freshman in college and I want to get my diet in check to support the best possible energy levels and recovery for my training. I know most of you are not sprinters but does anyone have an idea of the carb/protein/fat ratio I should be consuming? Im also unsure as to what I should eat before some of my morning practices where I get up at 5:45 am and then start a hard workout at about 7 am.
