I used H-drol and gained muscle mass, and a little bit of strenght.
if I want to maximize my strength versus mass gain (if i want to gain more strenght than mass), what kind of diet I must follow?
limit calorie? limit protein? increase carbo and fat and no protein?
obviously when training is in check

i thought strength gains were primarily a result of a certain style of training? (specifically rep training)

correct; power and strength training differs from bodybuilding type training.

Strength chiefly comes from neural control through motor learning (coordination and recruitment of more motor units).

The kind of training is probably most important. Stick to sets of 5 or less, well structured progression is very important. DO NOT lower protein.

I think the easiest way to get very strong and still have a low bodyweight is to bulk up for a while and then concentrate on keeping your strength gains while you cut back down. The more cals and protein you eat when bulking, the faster your strength gains will be.

Also, there are other designers more noted for strength gains than Hdrol.
