getting ready for next season

I am a punter for a D1AA football program. I have been working hard this off-season just trying to put on a little more weight and bulk up a little. right now i am taking N.O.-EXPLODE before workouts and collegiate muscle milk after workouts... I have seen a little improvement, but and still looking for a little more. does anybody know any workout strategies, or other supplements (they have to be NCAA approved.... they give out random drug tests year round) to help improve upper body and core strength, leg speed, or flexibility? any advice would be appreciated. thanks!
