Looking to gain 20 by June

Hey guys, I'm playin college football next year and I really need to put on a good 20 pounds or so
As of right now, I'm a solid 230 but i feel like i'm hitting a plateau and it is extremely hard for me to gain any type of weight.
My target is a good, solid, ripped 250 by June
any suggestions on how i can get there?

eat as much clean food as u can. 6-7 meals a day, chicken, tuna, eggs, whole grains, fruits, vegis, protein shakes in the mornin before and after workouts and casein shake before bed. obvisoly since ur playin college ball ull get tested and since it seems ur a freshman we cant discuss with u about any aas or pro hormones so i wouldnt ask cause u wont get answers for that. but really just eat a ton and eat right and lift heavy and you should at least make most of it. some cretine and no products will also help ya out

I'm actually goin to a prep school for a year... They do not test for any type of supps there, so any suggestions for some that would help me bulk?
Cause like i said... I've gained 30 lbs in the past 3 months but i'm peaking right now and I haven't gained any
weight in a month

well in that case mdrol would be a great pro hormone its mostly dry lean gains so not a lot of water and fat build up. its a 3-4 week cycle and its cheap also. its harsh on the liver though so a couple tubs of cycle supprt and a proper pct like nolvadex wouldbe good. u ahve to have a serm on this though. another bulking would be some test of course, test enanthate would be the best bro. if u can handle the injections. the cycle is about 10-12 weeks but its the best starting aas there is for beginners man. pm me or let me know what u think of those 2 maybe do sum quick research then come back to me for questions or another product man.

sounds good man... i'm gonna do a little more research on that m-drol stuff. It's a little cheap though which makes me a tiny bit iffy... I was about to buy the new halodrol liquigels from gaspari but didn't when i found out they aren't nearly as potent as the old h-drol 50's... About how long after you start taking the m-drol will it keep testing false-positive? How soon will i start to feel and see effects?

mdrol should be showing signs about after a week of taken it, a lot of users really liked it and yea it is pretty cheap which is why everyone is taken it or beginning to take it. its really about how ur body reacts to it man, some see gains qucik and some see a lil later but most see it in about a week, they fell stronger and can push more weight, there fuller lookin and all that jazz. its a good product man and everyone seems to like it, the sides ccan be harsh but cycle support through the cycle and pct should keep the liver enzymes from jumpin up to high and bp i hear doesnt go up much neithr bad cholestorl but some people get acne on the shoulders and back but yea do some research and read about some people that have taken it and let me kno what u think

hey just a insightful question- please explain to me- if you guys dont wanna hurt yourselves terribly in the long run, aren't these roid's like m-drol and masterdol and h-drol,etc. all bad for your body?! i mean im playin 4 sports day in and day out and people get huge from taking **** like this and other thigns too but they seem to be getting sick and feeling liek crap after their "glory" of success in competition. Arethese 'roids really worth the risk or are they safe?! im really confused but i'm getting mad for working myself to failure to just obtain mediocre strength size speed gains etc compared to these people who do barely anything compared to me and some other competitors and get huge for it. please help me out with this. should i take these or not?! p.s.: i am not goign to be tested hopefully for almost a year so im good, just dont wanna die or hurt myself from thigns liek these. Sorry if i seem childish, but being in sports all my life i tend to hear that i should never do things like this..

if you take the righ support for it PCT and have serms on hand and are prepared for the sides of possibly lethargy, maybe acne, maybe aggression and short temper than no these things really i dont believe to be that harmful when taken properly and proper care of your body

ok well which would you recommend?! i seen them all to be good result makers but which ones would you recommend becuase i only seen them stacked with other things which is why these peope might not even have to wear cups anymore but their arms are the size of tree while their legs are like skyscrapers. and proof ofshrinkage is the end of their sexual relationshisp with their women and a crazy obsession with hookers (rarely) and porn. sad but true i see many of these all the time.

I'm 19..But i'm pretty developed... 230 and solid at 6'3". I'm just looking for suggestions ans such... doin a TON of research at the moment. I've gained thirty pounds since september pretty much on strict dieting, work outs, and a few supplements..(Protein, Super Pump) and it seemed to work good for a little bit, but i've hit a plateau and have been waking up at about 230-233 for the past three weeks or so... So keep the suggestions coming, i really appreciate it

Eat a crap load of eggs each day. Eating about a dozen eggs every day is almost like being on a lite cycle of test.

I can say without conviction, that I just gained ten pounds easy in the past month on peanut butter, potatoes, eggs, ON Serious Mass. Of course I eat other stuff like chicken, tuna, etc.

funny you should say that... i actually started boiling about 6 dozen eggs at the beginning of every week and eat probably 8-10 of the whites from those per day...sounds good!

ya but wouldnt that get you to the point of bad cholesterol eating a dozen eggs a day? Man even though you are 19 i cannot promote you to use a pro hormone but if you do make sure you do all the research for it first look up logs look up PCTs look up nutrition facts and what to eat what to do all the pedigree information and ya you may have a problem with the ladies idk never taken any of em not 21 yet, but remember its only for about 5-6 weeks and theres other stuff you can buy to probably counteract the whole problem look into it as well ive heard of aspire 36 doin the trick but dont quote me on that so good luck with it and be safe and smart

ABN yeah i've been taking serious mass for a while now....I'll actually mix two regular sized scoops of SM with one scoop of 100% whey with BCAA's so i'm gettin all the calories and protein plus some added AA's for the protein synthesis

appreciate it MMA...I have looked into the pro-hormone's, and have seriously contemplated them...BUT i have had a slight history of knee problems (2 torn ACL's) and i really don't think they could take the added test at this point seeing as I'm only 9 months out of my latest surgery. i mean I'm naturally pretty solid and strong. I feel that i've done a pretty good job adding the 30 pounds or so i've put on in the past 6-7 months. I've lost BF and i've become a lot more vascular than i was originally. If i was to take ANY type of pro-test i would probably wait at least another 6 months to give my knees a little more recovery and to build the muscle around them back up so that if i do end up taking a form of pro-test, my legs will be strong enough to handle it.

MMA, that's why i only eat the whites...because they have less cholesterol.
ABN, props on the ABN Ranger status, always been my goal... I'm hopefully goin to airborne school the summer going into my junior year then ranger school after i graduate...appreciate the service bro

You are a better man than I am, I cannot boil eggs, refigerate, and then eat. I have to boil them as I need them. Here is a sample of what I eat during the day sometimes
6am- breakfast (1 cup oatmeal, table spoon peanut butter, 4 boiled eggs, or 4 egg whites in omlette made with grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, avocado, cheese)
9am- shake (Serious Mass in mootopia-nonfat)
1030- string cheese with peanut butter
12-Noon (grilled chicken with vegetables and pasta)
2pm (string cheese and peanut butter)
3pm (tyson grilled chicken strips with steamed potatoes)
5pm (2 can of tuna with raisens nonfat mayo)
6-8 gym
Serious Mass (post workout)
930pm (grilled chicken strips or maybe just a bowl of cereal)
1030 [30 min before bed] (Serious Mass in Mootopia-non fat)
Mootopia alone is 12g protein

Eat the yolks. You could benefit from the extra cholesterol in them. I've been eating anywhere between 8-12 eggs a day for the last 4 months. I just went in for a physical a few days ago and my blood cholesterol is well within the normal/low range. I believe that there has been significant evidence that dietary cholesterol has little to no impact on blood cholesterol for a healthy individual, assuming you don't have genetic cholesterol problems. Whole eggs are one of natures most perfect foods, in my opinion, so eat em.

tru tru, but my family does have a history of high cholesterol.. my pops is currently on meds for it..
Went to the gym today, since i started my new diet and routine last week, i'm up to 237!

Exactly the yolks are great for you, they are the best part. The cholesterol will increase your testosterone. Not all cholesterol is bad and eggs will increase your good cholesterol so the more you eat the better for your lipid levels.
